Main responsibility of personnel of Özen Mensucat is to improve himself/herself andhis/her job. Administration is responsible for guiding and presenting the facilitiesrequired for making employees more competent and open to changes, and creatinga healthy and safe working environment for all employees.

The purpose of our plans about training and career in this direction is to determine which parts of competences and skills should be improved and to support the performance of our company and employees by improving these parts. Corporate trainings are determined by considering the results of competence evaluation (knowledge, skill and behaviour) On the other hand, training programmes reinforcing administrative skills in the direction of career stepsof people.
